A family owned and operated dairy farm, Bannister Downs has been in the Daubney family since Group Settlement in 1924.

In 2005 a purpose built facility has been constructed to enable Mat & Sue to process their farm fresh milk. Bannister Downs milk is packaged in a pouch designed in Sweden (Ecolean) which leads world technology for sustainable food packaging, and is the first of its kind in the Southern Hemisphere.

Since August 2005, Bannister Downs Farm Fresh milk has been released to retail outlets and commenced growing its markets throughout WA.
