Northcliffe's photo competition is underway! The deadline for entries is 12 October. Our theme this year will require a bit of creative thinking. 'Fabric of Life' could be many things.
Have a look at our poster to get some ideas
Entries are submitted in digital format, so you have no printing costs or hassles and entry is free. You can submit up to five entries. We will choose our favourite entries and print and mount them to stage a Fabric of Life exhibition in November at Northcliffe's Painted Tree Gallery. A judge will be selected to choose prize winners from amongst the exhibited works. Win or lose, after the exhibition period is over, any mounted works we have produced of your images will be returned to you.
This is an annual activity of the Northcliffe Community Resource Centre supported by the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development.

Follow Your Dream!
Since 2012 Northcliffe CRC have been helping Northcliffe kids acheive their dreams via our Youth Sponsorship project. Kids 18 years old and under can apply for up to $1,000 per project. The deadline for 2018 applications is Friday 21st September 2018.
The application process is really easy and you can apply in only two pages. In the past we have helped kids start enterprises (Tier's of Joy cake decorating), travel to sports events (Uninats), stage festivals (RC Wings Over Northcliffe), travel to France, build an aviary and more.
Your chances are great. In the past, most applications which have met our guidelines have been funded. The deadline for 2018 applications is Friday 21st September 2018.
Enquiries are welcome and assistance is available at the NCRC. You could also ask your teacher for help. Northcliffe District High School are our project partner and will be helping us promote the sponsorship and evaluate applications.
